SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Unfortunately, we do not do it from this website. Please call us at (800) 535-2428 and we will be happy to assist with your order.
How long does shipping take?
For the most part, we ship the day you order. If not, it goes the next business day. Depending on the part of the country you are in, it can take 2 to 8 working days for you to receive your product.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We take payments through PayPal allowing for versatile payment options. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal to complete the checkout. To bypass the PayPal Login after clicking "PayPal Checkout", look at the bottom of the login pop-up for the "Pay with Debit or Credit" button to complete the checkout.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
All of our banders have a lifetime warranty. If there is ever a problem, simply send it to us and we will either fix the machine or replace it completely!
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We try hard to make sure you are a satisfied customer. If you ever have any questions about returning products simply give us a call and we can let you know what needs to be done to remedy the problem.
